Why Call Centres Fail.

This is not an article, but a Power Point presentation of a Case Study of 126 Call Centres which I have worked . It raises some interesting points which I feel could be of value. It runs like a Power Point presentation. Later on I might get around to actually publish my speaking notes and a comprehensive study of this unique collection of Call Centre cases.
