 Cynthia Currie, President of Flame On Solutions, is a performance and process consultant, workshop leader and Call Centre instructor to a variety of clients in a number of industries.  Since 1983, she has spent 18 years as a Human Resource strategist, Process Improvement specialist and Call Centre leader in the public and private sectors.  She holds a post graduate diploma in Personnel and Industrial Relations and has completed several executive University programs and Call Centre courses.

 Industries worked with include:

     Retail, Insurance, Travel, Education, Manufacturing and Telecommunications.

 Cynthia’s assignments have primarily focused on start up ventures as well as enhancing existing operations.  Among others these include the Human Resources lead for planning, opening and managing a number of new retail stores in B.C. and Alberta as well as expansions of established properties;

Human Resources Transition Team Leader for merging multi government agencies and Business Process Leader for integration and consolidation of several Call Centre lines of business.  She has managed multi-location Call Centre lines of business and blends these professional and personal experiences in the classroom as an industry instructor for the British Columbia Institute of Technology’s Call Centre of Excellence.

Cynthia is an active speaker to a broad range of groups and will be speaking at the upcoming Sports British Columbia Conference on Business Planning.
